What Heighten is, and is not

Heighten provides posture observations and general exercise suggestions for healthy adults. It is not a medical device and provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Posture readings are visual estimates from photos and motion sensors. If you have pain, an injury, or any medical concern, consult a qualified professional before using exercise suggestions.

Subscriptions and purchases

Heighten Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual, the annual plan may include a free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase. Prices are shown in the app before any purchase.

Acceptable use

Scan yourself, or others only with their clear permission. You are responsible for using the exercise content within your own physical limits.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by the developer and licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's standard licence terms (Apple Standard EULA).

Warranty and liability

Heighten is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
